 Married in Arenzeville, Illinois to Janice Morrison. SheHolds a PhD in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin. Now She Is a Full Professor of Nursing and holds the A.C. Rice Endowed Chair in Health Education at Kansas Wesleyan University. 

Have one son, Jonathan. He Is a Captain and Blackhawk Pilot for the U.S. Army and Chief of Operations for the Army's School of Aviation Medicine at Ft. Rucker, Alabama.
